Hi All
What an awesome week-end! The joy and laughter was abundant and the water at the lake was soft and refreshing and being in the September swim is so fun. I am thrilled that Peg has given her time share to create great space for us and Emily and Ali don't have to host camp sleep out! Thanks girls for choosing Az. I can't think of a better place to visit in Nov. Ed is amazing as he is looking stronger and more mobile ever day.

I just chatted with Kate. I am throwing this out there...how bout a six week challenge. To bring our bestselves (physically) to this magical and spiritual place in Sedona. To honor our physical selves with great care and attention for the next six weeks, anybody up for a challenge?
