mind virus

It seems I have created a mental virus regarding this blog.. I spread the incorrect information that this blog was available to the public for viewing-- I ahve since learned that this is incorrect-- this is a private blog not available to the public--
I have just gottten over a period of generating myself -- fell back into "normal" thinking- I feel like a weight has been lifted now that I have regained my algnment.,. no special reason for all of this but I was impacted non the less-- glad to say I feel as if I am " getting off it and getting back into the swing of it"-- maybe it is the change of seasons or some other change in the force

Health, Well Being, and Hot Chocolate

Here are a few things I do:

1. Don't trust myself. If my body craves candy, I don't trust it. Instead, I eat something good with sugar and protein, like an apple with peanut butter or a power bar.

2. Exercise every day, even if it's just walking the dogs.

3. Yoga, yoga, yoga. Exercising and eating right are so much easier when I'm not stressed. It eliminates the urge to stress eat, hibernate, or generally feel bad about myself.

4. Never, ever step on a scale. Pointless.

5. Eat to fuel my body. When I view eating as a source of power and focus on the fun things I can do when I'm well fueled there's little room for the I'm-so-fat-I-need-a-chocolate-bar crap in my head.

6. No soda.
